HAPPY 2010 The first General Meeting of the Mount Zephyr Citizen’s Association (MZCA) will be held on 19 January, at 7:30 pm at the Wesley United Methodist Church at the top of Richmond Ave.  This meeting also serves as the “annual meeting” required by our bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation.  All neighbors are welcome, whether paid members or not.  Of course, we will happily collect 2010 dues at the meeting!
